Online Help from Blackboard

This is a “what the heck were they thinking” post!

Blackboard — in it’s infinite wisdom — has redone their http://help.blackboard.com web site. It’s cute. Not helpful at all, but it’s cute.

Cute is not what you need when you’re looking for documentation. You want simple and straightforward.

So I’ve slogged through some of this to at least find the pages you need for some of the basic information you may be searching for.

Instructor help pages start herehttps://en-us.help.blackboard.com/Learn/9.1_2014_04/Instructor — scroll down for the list of tools to find the help you need.

The old ‘on demand’ videos for your students are now here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLontYaReEU1seUE3ACG3sEc3zR7Br7URU

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, do ask!
